Much effort was devoted to the development of the new basic courses in mechanics that were given for the first time this year. New textbooks are considered and much planning work was done by the teachers. Effort was also devoted to the development of the new continuation courses that will be given in the second year. A number of planning meetings were held where the structure of these was laid down. A number of old courses that used to start in the first year and finish in the second were now given only in the second year. This is indicated by parenthesis around the year one in the following list.
