Dr David J. McGill and Dr. Wilton W. King of Georgia Institute of Technology spent five days in August as guests of the department. The adaption of their mechanics book by members of the department was the main area of discussion. Brief visits to the department during 1994/95 were also made by other representatives of the publishing companies involved.
