An efficient spectral integration technique for the solution of the incom- pressible Navier-Stokes equations in the channel flow geometry is described and implemented in a computer code using the FORTRAN language. The horizontal direction are discretized using Fourier series and the normal di- rection using Chebyshev series. Time integration is done using second order Adams-Bashforth or third order Runge-Kutta method for the non-linear terms and Crank-Nicholson for the viscous terms. The computer code is available using electronic mail.
