The licentiate degree was in Theoretical Physics with Mechanics at 'Stockholms Högskola', which became Stockholm University July 1, 1960. The work was carried out at the department of Mechanics ('Mekanik II') with supervision of Prof. Adolf Eriksson. Thesis published in Arkiv för Fysik 16, 469-477 (1960).
