KCSE Student Grants are available to support KCSE students who want to attend
computational science and engineering (CSE) related summerschools/courses outside KTH,
both in Sweden and abroad.
The grants are aimed at giving KCSE students an opportunity to supplement the CSE
courses offered in the KCSE graduate school.
Guidelines:
- Summerschool/course should be on CSE related subject.
- Grants can cover extra costs for participating, including course fees, travel and accommodation.
- The summerschool/course should give points that will be included in the PhD.
- The main purpose should be educational. Participation in conferences will in general not be supported.
- Expected size of grants is ca 5-10 kSEK.
- Only registered KCSE students can apply.
Applications for these grants can be made at any time. The application can be short but
should include:
- Information about summerschool/course, with a link to webpage.
- Amount applied for and short budget.
- A certification from the advisor that the course will be counted in the PhD.
It should be signed both by the student and the advisor and sent to the Director of Studies.
